Well, you can’t argue with the little things. It’s the little things that make up life

Packing for my Colorado trip, I discovered the drying hanger I made for my CamelBak liner rusted.   This left nasty looking orange spots inside my liner.  That's what I get for using a metal coat hanger.

From this post in the open embedded forums, I found that adding this line:

lists_dir ext /var/lib/ipkg

in /etc/ipkg.conf speeds up installing and removing packages.  It also frees 500kB of main flash.

You can deflate a mylar balloon by inserting a straw into the bottom and pushing it up about 4-5 inches, past the internal valve.  Why?  Because you can store the balloons for another day.  Most places that sell helium balloons will refill them for a fraction of the cost of a new balloon.
